Redundant marketing is a waste of time and money. Find a platform and do data entry ONE time. Then let the “ME TOO” copycats repeat the action to their respective audience.

Real estate agents use the MLS. It’s information is sold to many third parties, and they re-broadcast it as if it’s a Eureka! moment.

Not surprisingly, real estate agents do the input, but then get charged again for IDX or even a Zillow listing if we run a website through them.

Don’t bother trying to get your mind around that inefficiency.

Then they give that information away for FREE to the general public.  What’s wrong with that picture?

Zillow is a great platform to work from, and no sense re-inventing the wheel.
