We believe that once we represent you as a Client, it would be a betrayal of that trust to ask you to

rescind that status by asking you to Transition to a Transaction Broker relationship.

 

While perfectly legal, that seems self-serving just so we can eat the whole pie.

In situations where that occurs and we encounter a customer who is unrepresented,

we can refer them to other real estate Brokers or Agents if they wish.
